The Rebel’s Retreat

In 2017, Build Up worked with Toynbee Hall’s Make It programme for the second year running. Over three days, 24 enthusiastic 12-13-year-olds built a new outdoor learning space for Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park.

Named The Rebels’ Retreat by participants, the project created much-needed spaces for groups visiting the park.
