Build Up has been working with young people at Homerton Adventure Playground to create more risky and exciting play opportunities for young people. 

The project team created a new ‘Jump Off’ tower, enabling young people to jump from a height onto crash mats below. This is accessed by scrambling up nets from ‘Nettegedon’, Build Up’s first project at the playground in 2019. 

Elsewhere in the playground, young people created a new set of ‘Jungle Bars’, providing a physically challenging new route in and out of an existing play structure.
