Lollard Street Adventure Playground

In 2017, Build Up ran a series of youth-led building projects at Lollard Street Adventure Playground. The first project was to build seating and parkour-friendly furniture from 100% recycled parts for the playground’s main hall.

The team then expanded their ambitions and built seating for a local Roots and Shoots Garden. The new seating and its builders traveled to Francis Kere’s Serpentine Pavilion on 23 August 2017 to display their creations, before seating was moved to its new home in the Lollard Street playground.
