Unity Kitchen Cafe

In summer and autumn 2018, 21 young people aged 11-16 years old built an outdoor kitchen for the newly reopened Grove Adventure Playground in Lambeth.

Grove Adventure Playground was closed for two and a half years until project partners Loughborough Junction Action Group reopened it to the community in July 2018. The new cafe quickly became the centerpiece of the playground where meals, drinks and snacks are regularly served.
